5. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated:

- Custom requests may require revised quotations.
6. Payments
Casino in a Box accepts payment methods approved by the Company, including selected cryptocurrencies.
Invoices are payable according to the payment terms specified in the applicable quotation or invoice.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of work, suspension of access or termination of services.
7. Cryptocurrency Payments
Where cryptocurrency payments are accepted:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- Clients are responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet address.
- Network fees are the client’s responsibility.
- Price volatility after payment confirmation does not affect the agreed purchase price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is deemed complete only after the required blockchain confirmations have been received.
Casino in a Box is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, user error, unsupported tokens or blockchain network failures.
8. Taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all taxes, duties, VAT, GST or similar charges remain the responsibility of the Client.
9. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Project timelines may be affected by:
- Client delays
- Third-party providers
- Licensing requirements
- Integration delays
- Force majeure events
- Requested project changes
Casino in a Box shall not be liable for reasonable delays beyond its control.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Supply required content.
- Respond promptly to requests.
- Obtain all required licences and regulatory approvals.
- Maintain lawful business operations.
- Keep login credentials secure.
Failure to cooperate may delay or affect project delivery.
11. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining all licences, approvals and regulatory authorisations necessary to operate its business.
Casino in a Box does not guarantee that any platform, software or infrastructure will satisfy licensing requirements in any jurisdiction.
Nothing provided by Casino in a Box constitutes legal, regulatory or compliance advice.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- All software
- Source code
- Designs
- Graphics
- Documentation
- Branding
- Databases
- Articles
- Website content
- Logos
- Trademarks
These remain the exclusive intellectual property of Casino in a Box or its licensors.
No ownership transfers unless expressly stated in writing.
13. Software Licence
Where software is supplied, Casino in a Box grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software strictly in accordance with the applicable agreement.
The Client shall not reverse engineer, copy, sell, redistribute, modify, decompile or resell the software except where expressly permitted in writing.
14. Source Code
Source code ownership depends on the package purchased.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement:
- Source code ownership is not transferred.
- Delivery of software does not imply ownership.
- Casino in a Box retains all intellectual property rights.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business, commercial and technical information exchanged during the course of the relationship.
This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
16. Website Use
You agree not to:

- Introduce malware.
- Disrupt website functionality.
- Scrape content.

21. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Casino in a Box, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
- The Client’s breach of these Terms.
- The Client’s unlawful activities.
- Regulatory non-compliance by the Client.
- Intellectual property infringement caused by materials supplied by the Client.
- Misuse of the software or services.
22. Force Majeure
Casino in a Box shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, internet failures, government actions, labour disputes or failures of third-party service providers.
23. Suspension & Termination
Casino in a Box may suspend or terminate access to its website or services where:
- These Terms are breached.
- Payment remains outstanding.
- Fraud is suspected.
- Illegal activity is identified.
- Continued service would expose Casino in a Box to legal or security risks.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
24. Privacy

25. Governing Law
